马小洛的幸福生活/高玉安
　　
　　马小洛的生活状态叫人很不理解。
　　你凭什么啊，整天这样高兴？
　　要说工资，没别人高，就那个新分配的，都比你高出七十多，你凭什么高兴啊？和你一起调进来的几个年轻人都分到了房子，你没有；和你一起毕业的都当了主任副主任，你还是小兵一个；老婆没别人的漂亮，孩子没别人的聪明，父母没别人的有钱，凭什么高兴啊？
　　这些话传到了马小洛耳中。
　　听了这些话的马小洛，心里就有了疑问，我凭什么高兴啊？问老婆，老婆想不出来。问朋友，朋友想不出来。
　　马小洛的生活就有点乱。工作干着干着，出了差错；路走着走着，撞了行人；饭吃着吃着，咬了舌头。所有不该发生的事都开始发生了。
　　看看看看，学历不高的人，不会来事的人，长得不帅的人，父母没钱的人，早就该这样。又一番话传来。
　　听到这番话的马小洛，仔细想了想。是呀，我一个中专毕业的，一月拿两千多；我一个农村的土小伙，找了个不错的老婆；父母穷得叮当响的时候，让我上了中专。是早应该这样了。
　　撞了树咬了舌头的马小洛，还是照样高兴，爬山，唱歌。
　　凭什么啊？马小洛想，我这人，没治了。

　　No one understands Ma Xiaoluo’s style of life.
　　Why so happy all the time?
　　In contrast, he earns the lowest salary; even the newcomer earns seventy yuan more than him. Why so happy? While several other young men who came aboard with you have moved to their new apartments, your turn hasn’t come yet; while those who graduated with you have risen to director or vice-director, you are still a clerk; your wife is less than beautiful; your kid is less than intelligent; your parents are less than wealthy. Why so happy?
　　Such gossip spreads to Ma Xiaoluo’s ear.
　　Hearing the gossip, Ma Xiaoluo wonders for himself. Why am I so happy? Asking his wife, he gets no answer from her. Neither does he get the answer from his friends when asking them.
　　Then Ma Xiaoluo’s life turns a little bit messy. While at work, something tends to go wrong; while on his way, he tends to bump into some passer-by; while at a meal, he tends to bite his own tongue. All things are happening the way they shouldn’t have happened.
　　Lo! Lo! With no high education or communication skills or cool appearance or wealthy parents, he should naturally have been living this way! New gossip spreads.
　　Hearing the gossip, Ma Xiaoluo thinks it over and over. Right. As a graduate from the professional training school, I have earned a monthly salary of more than 2000yuan; as a young man from the countryside, I have married a city girl; though in a poor family, my parents have managed to afford my professional training. I should have been living this way!
　　Though occasionally bumping into a tree or biting his own tongue, Ma Xiaoluo is as happy as usual; he still enjoys climbing mountains and singing songs.
　　Why? Ma Xiaoluo thinks to himself. I am impossible. That’s the way I live!
